2. What is the difference between a Regular Lace Wig & PPB Glueless Wig?

A: Regular lace wig is a wig that did not have pre-cut lace, just pre-plucked and bleached a little, you need to operate it again when you install it, or you will spend a high cost to ask help for your stylist. But a PPB wig is Pre Plucked hairline, Pre Cut lace, and Bleached Knots, which means you only need to put the wig on your head or put a little powder on the edge, no more action is needed, and you can wear and go within 3 minutes. 

3. Will PPB Wig Cost Much? 

A: Of course not, PPB wig is an upgraded wig, which is more convenient for our customers, But only need to pay an extra $10 than a regular wig, and you will get an upgraded new style wig. And as the technology matures, free upgrades will be in the near future.

Care and Usage
Q: Can I colour/cut/style my hair?
A: Absolutely! All Uwigs products are made from 100% human hair and can be cut, colored and styled as if it were your own. You can darken it, lighten it, lay it to the side or make it shorter, but remember: just like our own hair, your human hair requires a good maintenance routine to keep it looking fresh and vibrant. Each purchase is accompanied by a set of care and maintenance tips specific to that particular texture.

Q: Can I straighten the curly hair
A: Yes! Uwigs products are extremely versatile, but it’s important to remember that just like our hair, frequent use of high heat may permanently loosen the curl pattern. If straight hair is your preferred style, we suggest trying one of our straight textures styled using bundles (for a full head sew-in) or a wig so that all of your hair is protected.

Q: Can I wash & blow-dry the hair extensions?
A: you can wash them as you would your own shampoo and conditioner. We also recommend using a hair treatment on them every few weeks, because the hair is not attached to your scalp, it is not getting the oils it should be. Using a treatment/hair mask will need to wash your extensions too much, about every 3 weeks. The extensions can be blow-dried on low setting, but it is not recommended to do it too often. It is best to let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing them.

Q:What type of hair care products should I use?
A : Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners. You can also use products like gel and hair spray to keep the curls in place,but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for a long time.

Q: What if my order delivery was delayed?
A: We definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances. While, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
