Although I got it installed by someone else, she went out of her way to ask me where I got the hair form and how it did not give her any problems. This hair is great and is truly human hair. And also let me tell you, I ordered this and got it within about 9 total days. I even was in contact with the number provided to contact and asked to get it for a specific day as prom was coming up quick and I ordered the wig cutting it close, and they were very kind, reassuring and accommodating.
